Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All items are handmade, and processing time varies by product.
"Ready to Ship" items: [1–3] business days.
Custom/Made-to-Order items: [1–2 weeks].  ( quantity & complexity dependent )
  

2. Shipping Costs & Methods
Standard Shipping: (3-5 business days).

Expedited Shipping: (1-2 business days).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Worldwide [Excluding Israel, North Korea].
International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes. 

4. Tracking & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order ships.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and start on the date of shipping, not the date of order. 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the damage.
For lost packages, please contact us after [10 days] of no tracking updates. 

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
